At Maebe, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
